The daughter of Queens of the Stone Age artist Josh Homme, Camille, has received a restraining order from the singer

Last week, Josh Homme’s eldest daughter received a restraining order against the singer in a Santa Monica, California court.

Camille Homme, 15, obtained the removal order from Homme, 48, according to court documents reviewed by TMZ, but failed to get a petition to the court to issue restraining orders for her younger brothers Orrin, of 10 years, and Wolf, five, according to the medium.

The court ordered the Queens of the Stone Age vocalist to stay at least 100 feet away from Camille pending a hearing scheduled for later this month.

Camille told court documents that the Joshua Tree native of California was physically and verbally abusive of the children, had palpated his children, drunk and drove with them in the vehicle.

He said he had threatened his mother Brody Dalle, 42, and her boyfriend. Josh Homme has denied all allegations, according to the media.

Homme’s attorney, Susan E. Wiesner, told the media that Dalle had subscribed to the legal attempts “in retaliation for Josh to obtain a TRO against Brody for his physical abuse of Josh, among other things related to the children.”

The dam reported last week that Dalle had filed two petitions to obtain the boys ’removal orders in downtown Los Angeles and Santa Monica courts, respectively, but that it was denied.

Wiesner previously told TMZ that Dalle “has previously filed these claims with the police, DCFS and the presiding judge of the family law court, all of whom have refused to take any action based on these false claims.”

Homme and Dalle were married in December 2005 and in late 2019 filed for separation and divorce.

Both have received restraining orders against each other in the past two years.
