The Detroit Pistons send Delon Wright to the Sacramento Kings for Cory Joseph

The Detroit Pistons swap guard Delon Wright at the Sacramento Kings for guard Cory Joseph and two second-round picks, sources told ESPN Wednesday night.

The options to go to Detroit will be a second round of 2021 through the Los Angeles Lakers and the second round of 2024 of the Kings, sources told ESPN. The Pistons now own three second-round picks in the 2021 draft, including those from Charlotte, Toronto and now Sacramento.

The deal brings Joseph together with his former Toronto Raptors coach, Dwane Casey, in Detroit.

Wright, 28, is guaranteed $ 8.5 million for next season. He moves on to the rotation of the Guard of Kings with De’Aaron Fox, Tyrese Haliburton and Buddy Hield.

Wright has averaged 10.5 points, 4.6 rebounds and 5.1 assists for the Pistons this season.

Joseph, 29, has averaged 6.7 points in 43 games this season.
