A secret group working for Russia’s Federal Security Service (FSP) has flown opposition leader Alexei Navalny from Moscow on more than 30 trips from Moscow in 2017 to August 2017 before consuming poison, according to the Bellingay-led bomb investigation.
Why this is important: One of President Vladimir Putin’s most important domestic critics has denied that the Kremlin played a role in Navalny’s poisoning. But an analysis of “the largest telecommunications and travel data” by Bellinggad states that the poison was “forced into the highest places of the Kremlin” with the neural agent Novichok.
