A New York-based lawyer is seeking an investigation into IT and his wife Tameka “Tiny” Harris, accused of sexual abuse and assault. The New York Times reports. Attorney Tyrone A. Blackburn represents 11 people who have said they have been “victims” of the Harrises or members of their entourage, according to The times. Blackburn has reportedly sent letters requesting criminal investigation to U.S. attorneys’ offices for the Northern District of Georgia and the Central District of California, the District Attorney of Los Angeles County and the Attorneys General of California and Georgia. .
The times spoke to five people who claim to have been drugged, raped or sexually assaulted by Harrises or his associates. Reporters for The times he also spoke with friends and family and reviewed photos and messages that supported the chronology of events to which the complaints relate.
This was said by Steve Sadow, a lawyer representing IT and Tiny The times that the Harrises “deny in the strongest possible terms these baseless and unjustified accusations.”
In January, a woman named Sabrina Peterson filed allegations of sexual abuse against TI and Tiny. Peterson also claimed that once in 2009, TI had a gun to her head and threatened to kill her. Following Peterson’s allegations, VH1 suspended production of the Harrises’ reality show TI & Tiny: Friends & Family Hustle.
The Harrises denied Peterson’s allegations and threatened legal action against her. In accordance with The times, Blackburn, in his letters, does not mention the women whose stories Peterson shared on social media.
