First class passengers on flight 1802 from Los Angeles to Salt Lake City this past Monday had anything but a relaxing flight.

Fox 13 reported in Salt Lake City, a man later identified as Timothy Armstrong of Las Vegas, Nevada was caught reporting the crew and passengers.

Passenger Dennis Busch recorded some of Armstrong’s disturbing actions.

Armstrong was first captured arguing with the crew, accusing them of holding him hostage.

Although the crew, who were quiet, tried to explain that the flight was still in progress, Armstrong remained stubborn, insisting that the plane “was already on the ground.”

Armstrong finally yielded to the stern demands of a male returning guest and returned to his seat, but referred to condemning the President of the United States before doing so, stating:

“Joe Biden? Really?”

The most disturbing and baffling moment of the videos came when Busch caught Armstrong gnawing like an animal as he tried, unsuccessfully, to put on his mask again.

Other throws captured by Busch included Armstrong who stated that all passengers on the flight were “used as pawns” and that the flight crew was “hungry for power”.

Armstrong was also caught pulling the cabin crew, repeatedly calling her “f’king dogs.”

When officers put Armstrong on his feet, he seemed surprised to be arrested, but otherwise he did not fight.

Perhaps the most revealing moment in the video is when the unidentified passenger sitting in front of Bush threw her head in relief when Armstrong finally got off the plane.

When interviewed by Fox 13, Busch admitted that Armstrong caused “a lot of anxiety” in the cabin every time he stood up.

“It could only be felt that all the occupants of the cabin were squeezing as he stood up because we didn’t know what he was going to do.”

While Bush confessed that he never felt “in danger,” he confirmed that he and his fellow passengers were on very high alert, as Armstrong was clearly a “loose cannon.”

One moment Busch failed to capture was Armstrong making racist comments to an Asian woman.

After being escorted off the plane, Armstrong was first taken to a hospital for a check-up before finally being cited for public poisoning and disorderly conduct.

American Airlines later confirmed Armstrong’s arrest in a statement on CBS News.

“American Airlines flight 1802 with LAX service to SLC was completed by law enforcement upon arriving at SLC due to an unruly passenger. “
