The most wanted by Carolina bailiffs is arrested at the Medical Center

Police Negotiation Commissioner Antonio López Figueroa has reported that officers from the Police Special Detention and Extradition Division they got the arrest of Jonathan Márquez Jiménez, the most wanted by Carolina bailiffs.

The arrest took place at 1:00 pm today on the grounds of the University Hospital at the Río Pedres Medical Center.

Jonathan Márquez Jiménez, 37, was sentenced to six years and one day in prison in absentia on bail for aggravated illegal appropriation (Article 182 of the Penal Code) and Law 8 ( Vehicular) for violation of Article 18.2 (Fraud for acquiring possession, use or illegal control of the vehicle through voluntary delivery of the owner, possessor, driver or custody of the vehicle subject to the appropriation). The committed acts go back to the 4 of September of 2018 in the condominium San Gerónimo, of the Ashford avenue, in County, where it swindled a man to appropriate a vehicle Mercedes Benz model C-250 of year 2014 .
