A Florida mother was arrested this week for endangered children after police found drugs where her 3-year-old children could reach them, including a suspicious cocaine “bump” on a copy of Dr. . Seuss, “The Cat in the Hat.”
Casey Quoka, 24, was supposed to have a lot of fun, which was fun on Wednesday, maybe too much, The Smoking Gun reported.
An arrest report filed in Pinellas County, Florida, alleged that marijuana was found in Quoka’s bed at Largo’s home, while the cocaine-covered volume – with a straw blowing to accompany it – and the pills that were thought MDMA, also known as ecstasy, were hidden on the bedside table.
