Warner Bros. Pictures today released a new promotional trailer about its somewhat controversial decision to bring all 2021 movies to theaters and HBO Max at once, which includes lots of new footage from several movies, and which includes the next mortal Kombat restart the movie. While it also features the same little clip we’ve seen before, the new bits included in this latest trailer seem to include Sonya Blade, Scorpion, and Sub-Zero.
While in no case a full trailer was presented, as it was recently aired in February, it’s a good look at some snippets of action and special effects. A brief look at Scorpion also seems to show him fighting against what could be members of the Lin Kuei clan, the faction to which Sub-Zero historically belongs. It also includes Sonya Blade saying the words “Mortal Kombat,” which is always charming.

Here is the official synopsis of the next one mortal Kombat film, which was recently revealed:
“MMA fighter Cole Young, accustomed to winning a beating for money, doesn’t know her legacy, or why Emperor Shang Tsung, of the outside world, has sent her best warrior, Sub-Zero, a Cryomancer of a Another world, to hunt down Cole, fearing for the safety of his family, Cole goes in search of Sonya Blade in the direction of Jax, a Special Forces Major who carries the same strange dragon with which Cole was born. is located in the temple of Lord Raiden, an Old God and the protector of Earthrealm. prepares to stand with the greatest champions of Earth against the enemies of Outworld in a battle of great bet for the universe, but Cole will be forced enough to unlock his arcana, the immense power that lies within his soul, in time to save not only his family, but a Outworld once and for all?
He mortal Kombat The remake film is slated to release on April 16 on both HBO Max and theaters. The cast includes Ludi Lin as Liu Kang, Mehcad Brooks as Jax, Jessica McNamee as Sonya Blade, Hiroyuki Sanada as Scorpion, Josh Lawson as Kano, Tadanobu Asano as Raiden, Joe Taslim as Sub-Zero, Chin They have as Shang Tsung, Sisi Stringer as Mileena and Lewis Tan as Cole Young’s new character.
