The New York Giants met Sunday night with free agent corner Adoree Jackson and that meeting is expected to last until Monday.
While in town, Jackson was taken to dinner where he reunited with his friend and former teammate, Logan Ryan. He also listened to security recruiting positions Jabrill Peppers, cornerback Darnay Holmes, great receiver John Ross and others.
While no agreement is in place yet, ESPN’s Jordan Shultz reports that the Giants have put a “high priority” on Jackson, while ESPN’s Jordan Raanan lists them as favorites.
I can say that with a lot of confidence right now. The Giants are the favorites to come in on Sunday to land Jackson. Now let’s see how the visit goes. https://t.co/PshYyhSqX7

Meanwhile, Jackson’s agent Polo Kerber stirred the pot a bit on Instagram, telling Giants fans to “just wait” with a “rough” emoji.

Other social media details also noted that Jackson had followed several Giants players on Instagram, including defensive linemen Leonard Williams and Austin Johnson, cornerback Quincy Wilson, wide receiver Dante Pettis and, of course, Ryan, Holmes and Peppers.
What does all this mean? Maybe nothing, but maybe something.
Either way, the deal isn’t over yet and the Giants still have some work to do. If Jackson is allowed to leave the building without a contract in hand, he will meet with the Philadelphia Eagles below. Arizona Cardinals are also approaching.
