A Spanish rapper is accused of cutting his roommate’s penis with a 12-inch kitchen knife as part of a terrible effort to draw attention to social media, according to reports.
Aaron Beltran allegedly made a deal with Andrew Breach, a British professor trained at Oxford, to amputate his manhood; Breach agreed to pay a fee based on the number of times the video was shared on YouTube, the Independent reported.
According to the report, payment ranged from £ 173, or about $ 240, to a maximum of £ 2,164, or about $ 3,000.
Beltran now faces four-and-a-half years behind bars if convicted of carrying out the horrific act in Zaragoza in March 2019, according to the newspaper.
“On the afternoon of March 8, just before 7:15 p.m., when both men were in the victim’s room, Andrew tied the cord of his pajamas to the bottom of his penis to prevent bleeding,” says the accusation, according to The Sun.
“The defendant, who was sitting in a chair in front of him, cut his penis with a 12-inch kitchen knife that was never found because the defendant got rid of it.”
A police officer told the Spanish eastern court that he found Breach, 35, who was teaching at a local language academy, who was bleeding heavily after the sadness.
Another officer said Breach had wanted to injure his penis because he did not feel completely male.
“When he interviewed the victim at the hospital, he told us that the defendant had his penis cut off. Andrew said he didn’t feel 100% male and wanted to get rid of his penis, ”the policeman told the court.
“He agreed to an agreement with the defendant to pay him € 200, which would depend on the number of views the amputation video received on YouTube. It was made on the basis of successes,” the police added.
Surgeons managed to reconnect the penis, which is now fully functional, according to The Independent.
Breach spent three weeks in hospital and then returned to the UK.
Prosecutors admit the amputation was consensual, but argue that Beltran still has criminal responsibility.
Meanwhile, Breach claimed in court that his own penis had been cut, contradicting his affidavit that Beltran was responsible.
“I cut my own penis. It was wrong. I was myself, “he said, adding that he had felt pressure from police to blame his roommate. Police denied his claim.
Prosecutors have accepted that Breach suffers from gender dysphoria, the media reported.
