The rising sun has been removed from Street Fighter II at Capcom Arcade Stadium

But as a Twitter user Pomegd (via Hachima) points out, the design of Rising Sun. has been expelled inside Capcom Arcade Stadium.

It should come as no surprise. While the off-center Rising Sun could still be the official flagship of the Japanese Navy, the design is controversial, especially in Asia, as it was piloted by Imperial Japan. Capcom seems to have decided that it would be best not to offend those in the international gaming community.

In recent years, whenever design has appeared in popular media, there has been controversy. For example, when a character wore a Rising Sun T-shirt Bohemian Rhapsody, the outcry provoked its digital elimination, while PUBGcreators he had to apologize after launching a package of items that looked like they were using the same images.

Previously, the ray design was removed in Street Fighter V: Arcade Edition, but the sun held. It seemed like a fair and tastefully made engagement, while its latest iteration seems pretty messy.

This is not the only change Capcom Arcade Stadium.
