In a game of many races and that had the golden sleep of the fans (extra tickets), what seemed like a normal and ordinary game – without beetles and setbacks – turned into a little mess when both dugouts and bullpens went empty, this due to a ball hit that delivered the right-handed reliever of Los Angeles Dodgers, Dennis Santana, about Jorge Mateo, of the Fathers of San Diego.
The funny thing was that as the song of the Tigers of the North says: from ‘Paisà to Paisà’, since the two players are Dominican and this did not matter to any of them, as they warmed up in the diamond:
It was the bottom of the tenth inning with the game tied 6-6, and Santana had come in to replace the Kenley Jensen shutter. Then Wil Myers started the run in second base (by the runner’s rule in extra innings, as it was the last out in the ninth); Santana pulled out Jurickson Profar with a right-footed shot, which Myers took advantage of to go to the anteroom.
Then he came to beat Jorge Mateu for the close Mark Melancon and at the first pitching he was hit in the left leg with a 95 mph straight shot from Santana. Mateu showed gestures of disgust, threw the wood, walked course to first base, remained to him to see Santana, that said something to him and went on him walking; it was there that the two benches and bullpen were left empty.

There were no punches or thrusts, Max MUNCY, Dodgers first baseman, was and showed camaraderie as Santana pulled away, leading to third baseman. So did Parents ’manager, Jayce Tingler, who calmed Matthew down, accompanying the initial.
In the end, Santana was inspired and struck out Fernando Tatis Jr. with the full house for out 30 of the game for Parents. Santana celebrated euphorically and in the 12th inning his teammate Corey Seager gave home run with a base against left-hander Tim Hill that gave the Dodgers an 8-6 lead, to put up three laurel outs. In fact they are already up 11-6 at the time of finishing this article.
