
SRINAGAR: The Taliban, who have taken the reins of Afghanistan, must follow true sharia, which guarantees the rights of all, including women, PDP President Mehbooba Mufti said on Wednesday.

He said the Taliban should shun the harsh interpretation of Islam and Sharia if they want to do business with the international community.
“Failure to do so will make things difficult for the people of Afghanistan,” Mehbooba added.
