The Taliban will help us in Kashmir: leader of Pakistan | News from India

ISLAMABAD: Shamelessly acknowledging Pakistan’s close ties to the Taliban and its anti-India agenda, a Pakistani ruling Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader spoke about how to help the Taliban in Kashmir during a air television program.
During a televised news debate, PTI leader Neelam Irshad Sheikh said the Taliban have announced they will join hands with Pakistan in Kashmir.
“The Taliban say they are with us and will help us in Kashmir,” Sheikh said during the program.
However, earlier the Taliban had claimed that Kashmir is the “internal and bilateral” issue of India.
Alarmed by the statement of the PTI leader, the news presenter said: “Madam, you realize what you have said. You have no idea what you have said. For God’s sake madam, this program will be broadcast around the world. This can be seen in India. ”
However, Irshad Sheikh, unaffected and worried, went on to say that “the Taliban will help us because they have been mistreated.”
Earlier, the Afghan government had accused Pakistan and its intelligence service of playing a key role in promoting the Taliban.
