With the departure of President Donald Trump from power on January 20 and the inauguration of the new president of the United States, Joe Biden, the US ambassador to the country, Robin Bernstein, is also leaving the job of diplomacy in the Dominican Republic.
The U.S. Embassy in the country has reported that in preparation for his departure they are organizing a virtual, live event, where Bernstein will be able to say goodbye and interact with his close contacts and circles.
The event will be on Thursday, January 14 at 6:30 pm with an approximate duration of 90 minutes.
Robin Bernstein was appointed U.S. Ambassador to the Dominican Republic by President Donald J. Trump, and was sworn in on July 3, 2018.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in Languages and International Relations from American University in Washington, DC and a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) from George Washington University.
She was awarded the Women in Leadership Award from the Women of the Palm Beaches Executive Foundation.
Throughout her career, Bernstein has developed extensive experience as an entrepreneur, business consultant, insurance broker, real estate agent, and registered representative for numerous companies.
