Can we really know the nature of the sea? The primordial creatures hide in their depths. It is fed for outer space. We still i don’t understand how eels reproduce. In Valheim, however, is a little simpler: the ocean is a trampoline.
A la Valheim subreddit, a player named HotGuuuuu recently unveiled the fruits of several days of work: A gargantuan ramp that defies gravity this took an absurd amount to even mount with the help of traps. To baptize the ramp, HotGuuuuu spawned a ship at the top and flew down the side of a mountain.
The inevitable result of this interpretation of the size of Godzilla in a high school physics experiment, of course, was a collision with the ocean. And, in fact, HotGuuuuu’s sea boats reached the sea up to several hundred miles per hour. This caused the ship to bounce hundreds of feet into the sky, at which point it fell from end to end until its voyage finally ended in the branches of a forest.
There are still questions about HotGuuuuu’s findings. Did the boat bounce against the ocean itself or did it come in contact with the bottom of the depths so quickly that it just? appeared to ping the sea surface? Where, in the great particle and collision superhero sandwich that is the universe, is the trampoline? We may never know. All I can say for sure is that the boat bounced, and that’s proof enough for me that the trampoline exists.
