A new one Call of Duty: War zone report has disappointing news for Modern Warfare fans. Since the summer of 2020 we feel it Call of Duty: War zone was going to add John “Soap” MacTavish from MW2 fame in the game as an operator. And apparently, that’s still true, but it won’t happen soon. According to the latest rumors about the round, the soap operator is more or less done, but remains for the release of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 campaign Remastered.
There have been no official word at this time Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 campaign remastered, and there are absolutely no words (official or unofficial) when it will be published, but it will apparently be accompanied by a package with the soap operator. In other words, Activision is doing what it did with Ghost and the release of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 campaign Remastered with Soap and the release of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 campaign remastered.
That said, right now all this unofficial information is that even though it appears online through more than one source, it still has to be taken with a grain of salt, especially considering how long we’ve been hearing that Soap would come into the game as an operator and as we continue to burn for these taunts and promises.
🚨The Soap Operator will likely launch with the remastered MW3 campaign in one package just like the way a ghost package was launched with the remastered MW2 campaign.
It is unknown when MW3CR will be launched / announced. Stay tuned.#CallofDuty # MW3 #War zone pic.twitter.com/QEEB5xPl5T

At the time of publication, Activision has not addressed this latest rumor of Soap in any way and, given that it did not address any of the above rumors, it is useless to hold your breath waiting for that to change. However, if it does, we will update the story with what Activision says.
