August 25 (Reuters) – World Health Organization Director-General Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus said on Wednesday that data on the benefits and safety of a COVID-19 vaccine booster are not concluding.

“When some countries are allowed to get reinforcement and others don’t even vaccinate the first and second rounds, it’s a moral issue,” he said during a media briefing.
