Canadian police have a history of confrontation with a camera caught issuing a revenge ticket to a motorist who dared to call him for not wearing a mask.
TMJet received video of an incident in November 2019 … showing the same Winnipeg Police stopping a motorist in Winnipeg. The woman who videotaped the incident says her fiance saw the policeman in the window of their vehicle, so he asked, “Why were you looking at my truck?”
It turned off the police … Before threatening to arrest him he comes to the man’s grill and says, “If I count to 5, you’re in the crib.”
The woman claims to have kept her fiance in the back of her team car and threatened to arrest him if the shooting continued. He says the police eventually released his fiance … but more than a year later, he says, he authorized the news to issue that revenge ticket.
We approached Winnipeg Police to comment on the November 2019 video, an officer tells DMZ … both videos are now under investigation by the Winnipeg Police Services Professional Standards Unit.
As we reported … WPS says it was “handled” The policeman’s latest incident But did not include any details other than trying to contact the driver who received the revenge ticket.
