The Yakuza Remastered collection is ready and waiting for you on PC and Xbox One

So many surprisingly healthy stories to track down and solve, so little time

A whole group of people are about to get into a Kiryu mood, and this warms my heart like a toasted towel just out of the dryer. Finally, Sega has launched The Yakuza Remastered collection on Steam and Xbox One: The three-game package costs $ 40 or, if you have it, you could stick with Xbox Game Pass.

You can also buy 1080p / 60fps remasters Yakuza 3, Yakuza 4, i Yakuza 5 separately, if you wish, but you will lose some savings in the process. The games cost $ 20 per pop if you go this route.

You may not yet be in a place to play these three titles, but even knowing that you will have a chance to check them out on your platform of choice is encouraging. It’s important that the main series be available in one place (and I hope some of the derivative games will resurface in the future).

I have the PS4 edition of The Yakuza Remastered collection, and I’m waiting for the right time to play them feverishly. Bounce from hibernation to intense obsession.

The next stop at the Yakuza train will be the PS5 version of Yakuza: Like a dragon, which comes out on March 2, followed by Yakuza 6: The Song of Life, which arrives on Xbox One and PC on March 25.
