Benítez Rolón c / p Charlie; Pedro Ocasio Hernández c / p Chinese; Arsenio Laborbe Figueroa c / p Canito; John Doe c / p Bessó and two defendants for events that occurred on December 4, 2020 in Carrer Les Delícies, El Bosc sector in Sant Llorenç.
From the investigated facts it follows that the accused in concert and common agreement, watched and orchestrated a double murder, in which, in addition they were wounded with a firearm two people more. The investigation was led by Prosecutor Maribel Mojica Franceschi in coordination with Officer Anthony Egea Guardarrama of the Homicide Division, Caguas Caguas Negotiated Police of Puerto Rico Police.
The seven defendants were charged, two charges for Article 93 – Murder, one charge for Art. 93 in its Attempt Mode; a charge for Article 244 Conspiracy.
