The legal situation of Joao Maleck could change as one Jalisco State Court decide restate the judgment against for the deaths of Maria Fernanda Penya and Alejandro Castro and there could be a new sentence.
The Tenth Chamber the Supreme Court of Justice of Jalisco was where this replacement came from as part of the dissatisfaction of the family of the car accident victims from’ June 22, 2019 a Zapopan.
The ruling warns that the judge’s judgment was wrong in sentencing him for serious manslaughter with a sentence of 3 years, 8 months and 15 days, in addition to the payment of reparation for the damage to each of the families of the victims by 422,000 450 pesos.
Upon reaching this sentence less than 4 years, Maleck he was released in December, thanks to the payment of the damage by the insurer with which the vehicle was registered. The new hearing is yet to be confirmed on a date and time.
When he was released, Maleck found work as a footballer at the Deportivo Cafessa, where he is registered and even scored.
