As a “shame and paperwork” for the House of Representatives, a group of citizens categorized the actions yesterday, Thursday, of the representative of the Citizen Victory Movement (MVC) Mariana Nogales, who in full public view went up to the desk and started rolling.
Citizens, led by Alexis Rivera and Hiram Torres, advanced that they will be evaluating the possible filing of a lawsuit before the House Ethics Commission for inappropriate and shameful conduct.
“This video that we have all seen of Representative Nogales making, which can only be described as an embarrassing act, is an affront to the legislative process in Puerto Rico. In full public view, this representative had the audacity to stand up, go up “It was really a show of shame and a lot of paperwork that Nogales did; it was a clown that should not be allowed,” said the citizens.
