PALM BEACH, UNITED STATES. The city of Palm Beach order this Wednesday dismantle the heliport who had the former American president Donald Trump on his private property of Sea-to-Lake, Where he currently resides after ending his presidential term on January 20th.
This city had already made an exception with Trump, extending-1 provisional permission while he was president. The permit allowed him to land helicopters, but now the removal of the heliport was ordered because they are banned in the area.

A controversy currently persists over the legality of Trump’s residence, as some neighbors seek to prevent the former president from living full-time in that position.
In 1993 the tycoon signed an agreement to turn the residence into a private club where no one could live for more than a few weeks.
The Palm Beach County Attorney explained that just this year anyone was banned from living in the home’s facilities and even stressed that a Trump lawyer assured him he would not live there. , as he would be like any other club member.

Faced with this issue, Palm Beach councilors plan to review this agreement in March.
According to The Guardian newspaper, Trump has been an employee of the corporation that owns Sea-to-Lake and according to city regulations a club can grant on-site accommodation to employees.
