Governor Pedro Pierluisi Urrutia Urrutia announced that the beaches will reopen but alcohol consumption is banned from Friday, January 8th.
In addition, Pierluisi Urrutia commented that only small groups can be on the beaches and that they are from the same family.
They must also have a distance of ten feet between people who are not from the same family.
