They postpone SAG Awards to avoid conflict with the Grammys

The Screen Actors Guild Awards (SAGs) will not be the same day as the Grammys after all.

“Throughout these challenging times, members of our industry and our union have demonstrated their creativity and resilience in discovering new ways to tell stories as they adapt to new security protocols and procedures,” they said. the organizers of the SAGs in a statement.

“We welcome this spirit by reimagining the SAG Awards with a one-hour special that highlights and expands our iconic opening of ‘I’m an Actor’ and honors last year’s outstanding performances.”
