They rescue five people swept away by sea current in Pinyons

The youngsters were enjoying the beach when a sea current swept over them

The Maritime Unit of Pinyons has reported the rescue of five young people on the road 187 km 5.2, near the La Comay Business, Pinyons.

According to the report, the people were identified as Bimael Rodríguez, 24, Andrew Rivera Rivera, 20, Yashira Calderón Martínez, 28, Natalia Rivera Rivera, 26, and Daniel Perez Calderón, 24.

These were enjoying the beach at the aforementioned location and were swept away by a sea current being rescued by five officers attached to the Maritime Unit, Pinyons.

The injured were treated by paramedics at the scene and then transported to UPR Hospital, Carolina in stable condition.
