They reveal that Luis Miguel has not paid his children’s pension for more than a year

Just hours before the premiere of the second season of his series, the name of Luis Miguel reappears in the media this time for not fulfilling his monetary obligations with respect to the children he has with the actress Aracely Arámbula.

Guillermo Pous, the actress’ lawyer, revealed that “El Sol de México” has not paid her children’s pension for more than a year and it is “La Chule” that currently takes care of all the expenses.

According to the lawyer, the expenses required by Miguel and Daniel have been fully borne by the singer’s ex-partner, who has had to resort to his savings fund.

The jurist, who spoke for the program “Ventaneando” (Tv Azteca) said that the performer of “When the sun heats up” has defaulted on its paternity obligations so far this year and the entire year 2020.

Luis Miguel’s lawyer’s response is that “There is no way to pay at this time.” The aforementioned maintenance agreements are adjusted according to the inflation and needs of the minors.

He explained that the strategy to resolve this case is to seek negotiation to avoid demand, the main objective would be for Luis Miguel to comply with its maintenance obligations and pay the required percentage, in order to avoid going to court.

“It will try to avoid the lawsuit, will seek to reach a negotiation, so a strategy is being sought for Luis Miguel to fulfill its obligations, the lawsuit will be filed in court and this will be done depending on the address where it is the gentleman, ”Pous mentioned.

When asked about Luismi’s coexistence with his children, the lawyer preferred not to delve into the subject. “The relationship that should exist between father and children I prefer not to make any comment.”

Arámbula and Luis Miguel maintained a romantic relationship from 2005 to 2009 when they ended up after several fights and that even he doubted being the father of one of the babies. Miguel and Daniel are currently 13 and 12 years old, respectively.
