Tegucigalpa, Honduras.- The Public Ministry (MP), through the Prosecutor’s Office Against Organized Crime (Fessco) and the Technical Agency for Criminal Investigation (Atic) carried out this Friday the operation “Underwater earthquake”, which consisted of securing of 151 movable and immovable property owned by the extraditable Fredy Donaldo Marbre Vallejo.
The MP report details that 19 home violations and 151 insurances were committed in Francisco Morazán, Cortés, Atlántida, Yoro, Colom, Bay Islands and Thank God, which include homes, vehicles, businesses and boats, all presumably owned by the Honduran.

Authorities explained that of the 25 movable and immovable property, 24 companies, five boats and 97 vehicles, not all were in the name of Marbre Vallejo, but are tied to iron heads.
Similarly, four inspections will be carried out in companies that would be associated with the alleged drug boss.

Vallejo Marble was captured Wednesday night as he was driving alongside other people aboard a van at the height of the Maya Hills colony in the capital.
According to Atic agents, a Fredy he had been being followed for some time, but it was not until Wednesday that the arrest was ordered and executed.

The Public Ministry says that Vallejo marble he soon became a “true drug lord, living a life of luxury and acting with complete impunity,” as they recalled, in 2009 he was charged with felony drug trafficking and money laundering, but he was released within days of his arrest.

Vallejo Marble is requested for extradition by one South Florida District Court, United States, accused of conspiring to commit offenses related to money laundering, conspiracy to distribute five kilograms or more of a controlled substance, with the knowledge, intent and reasonable cause to believe that such substance would be imported illegally in the United States and distribution of at least five kilograms of cocaine with the knowledge, intent and having reason to know that it would be illegally imported into American territory.
On Thursday, Marbre attended his first hearing in the Supreme Court of Justice (SCJ), from where he was sent to the First Infantry Battalion awaiting its next test evacuation hearing next Friday, Sept. 24 at 9:00 p.m.
