This week, 75 deaths were reported by COVID in Puerto Rico

Coronavirus deaths, COVID-19, in Puerto Rico are close to reaching the full 3,000, according to the Department of Health report on its digital portal.

To date, the agency has reported 11 other people who lost their lives to COVID, with the Bayamón region being the hardest hit by four.

According to data from the Department of Health, a total of 75 deaths were reported this week. On Monday, Sept. 6, Health reported 4 p.m., followed by the next day, the 7th, with five dead.

September 8 was the day with the most deaths reported with a total of 21, with Day 9 being the second day with the most deaths reporting 18.

Yesterday Friday, the agency reported 16 more. The total death toll stands at 2,995.
