At least three people were reported killed and five others injured in a shooting in and around Chicago.
One of the dead includes the alleged gunman, who was apparently shot dead by police, according to the Chicago affiliate of NBC.
The commotion began Saturday afternoon in the city’s Kenwood neighborhood, where one woman was fatally shot and another was seriously injured, according to local station WGN9.
A University of Chicago student was shot dead in a nearby parking lot, the station reported.
