Because of COVID-19’s concerns that eliminate the NFL’s annual combination process, the best opportunity for screening aspirants to showcase their talent is their respective professional days on campus. On Thursday, Texas celebrated its professional day at the internship facility.
The eight Texas drafts attended, although some did not hold specific events. Most of the attention was focused on Sam Ehlinger, Joseph Ossai and Samuel Cosmi.
Still, the gunslinger wasn’t one of the players that caught my eye the most during Texas ’professional day. There are three particular Longhorns that analysts have apparently liked throughout the drafting process, but that after Thursday may have begun to fall in love.
Dallas Cowboys Highway 35 officials were in charge of measuring players and 31 teams (excluding LA Rams) were on display to witness.
