Tom Cruise Blasts ‘Mission: Impossible 7’ Crew for COVID-19 problems

Tom Cruise expressed frustration with crew members on the set of “Mission: Impossible 7” after seeing them breach the COVID-19 guidelines, two sources close to the production confirm that Variety.

As The Sun first reported, after Cruise saw two crew members who were too close to each other in front of the computer screen, he told the crew, “If I see you doing it again , you’re going to shit. “

In the audio obtained by The Sun, Cruise can be heard saying, “We are the golden pattern. They are now in Hollywood making movies for us. Because they believe in us and in what we are doing. I’m on the phone with all the fucking studios of the night, the insurance companies, the producers and they look at us and use us to make their movies. We are creating thousands of jobs, silly. I don’t want to see it ever again. Always!”

Cruise has been rigorous in enforcing the COVID-19 guidelines on the film set in Britain and has scolded the crew for taking advantage of the safe environment the team instead helped create.

“You can tell people that they’re losing their shit home because our industry is closed. They won’t put food on the table or pay for college. With that I sleep every night: the future of this fucking industry!” “So I’m sorry, I’m beyond your apologies. I told you, and now I want to, and if you don’t, you’re out. We’re not closing this fucking movie! I’ll see you again, you’re gone.

Cruise pointed to specific crew members and told a “it will cost him the job.”

“Am I clear? Do you understand what I want? Do you understand the responsibility I have? Because I will deal with your reason and, if you can’t be reasonable and I can’t live up to your logic, you’re fired, ”Cruise continued. “That’s it. That’s it. I hope you’re here.”

“Mission: Impossible 7” recently received delays in October when 12 people from the set in Italy tested positive for COVID-19. Production resumed a week later and returned to the UK two weeks ago. “Mission: Impossible 7” is directed by Christopher McQuarrie and will premiere on November 19, 2021.
