A huge tent of 1,000 square meters installed today in the Plaza of Spain will be the epicenter of a complete and intense program of activities that will include conferences, physical activity and psychology workshops and a showcooking designed based on the three pillars for a healthy life: emotional well-being, healthy eating and exercise.
