FORECAST SUMMARY
Enjoy the blue, sunny sky on Sunday. Despite being a few degrees above freezing temperature, the sun will still hit the frosts and help melt some of them. This will cause frost to fall this afternoon, so be careful when you walk through the doors.
Tonight, we become cloudy.
On Monday we still get more snow, but only for a part of our area.
In Reading, Allentown, Bethlehem, Easton, Phillipsburg and all over the south, you only see rain.
We will see snow north of Reading, Allentown, Bethlehem, Easton and Phillipsburg.
There will be a sharp cut between rain and snow with this storm.
On Monday, the morning journey is dry. Rain and snow will first arrive in Berks and Schuylkill counties around 10 a.m. and last in New Jersey around 1 p.m.
We will see rain and snow for a few hours at noon. Rain and snow end between 3pm and 5pm.
Snow-receiving spots will be 1 to 3 inches, with the upper end of this mountain range in parts of Poconos and Schuylkill counties.
On Tuesday, moreover, we are partially sunny. The westerly wind helps us dry out and takes us into the low 40s, which is the average for this time of year. The 1940s hold for a few days.
Wednesday we are sunny all day.
Thursday morning, a faint cold passes over us with some clouds and some showers.
The Sun returns on Thursday afternoon and stays for the rest of the week. But the cold front will peak in the 1930s next Friday and Saturday.
Then, we will get close to 50 next Sunday, as warmer air comes out from the south with rain.
