Traoré, Jiménez’s partner in the Wolves, could sign with Leeds this winter

Raúl Jiménez’s partner in the Wolves, Adama Traoré, could sign with Leeds to have more minutes and play in Euro 2021

Wolves footballer Adama Traoré could separate from Mexican Raul Jimenez due to Leeds’ interest in signing the Spanish player, who would not be happy in Molineux for the lack of minutes.

According to Daily mail, 24-year-old Traoré wants to be more regular in drawing the attention of Spain coach Luis Enrique to the European Championship next summer and the right winger has not found the minutes he wants in the scheme of Nuno Espírito Santo.

In the last two games of the Wolves in the Premier League, the Portuguese strategist has not used Traoré in his starting lineup and the Spanish has participated in 59 minutes out of a possible 180. However, against Southampton, Arsenal, Liverpool and Aston Villa, Adama was part of the starting eleven although he had just been a substitute in five consecutive games.

Due to his lack of regularity, the Iberian would be considering the possibility of changing teams in the winter window and Marcelo Bielsa’s Leeds would be interested in taking his services. According to Transfermarkt, Traoré is valued at 40 million euros and looks complicated to leave the Wolves for a smaller amount.

In the current campaign, Adama Traoré has a total of 15 games played but his personal numbers are not good as he has no scores or assists.
