Although the presiding magistrate of TSE, Dora Esmeralda Barahona denied having received threats to her person, reaffirmed Olivera’s complaint and said, “for now I have no knowledge except Dr. Olivera that if he has stated until by the public media that he himself has been the subject of threats “.

In the statement she says “some magistrates”, however, in an interview with Ràdio Sonora on Tuesday the magistrate said she was unaware that other magistrates had received death threats.

“In fact I was surprised when it is stated that they have been threatened because they do so in the plural, it means that not only one magistrate has been threatened,” said Magistrate Barahona, who explained that she did not participate in the issue of the communiqué.
