MIAMI-DADE COUNTY, Fla. – Two were killed after being injured in a shooting Friday at an apartment complex in the Gladeview neighborhood of Miami-Dade County, police said.
Miami-Dade Police Department Northside District officers responded to the Lincoln Fields apartments at the corner of Northwest 20th Avenue and Northwest 64th Street.
Officers found a man suffering from an apparent pistol. Miami-Dade Fire Rescue personnel took him to the Ryder Trauma Hospital Jackson Memorial Center, where a doctor declared him dead, police said.
A woman who was also injured in the shooting was presented to JMH’s Ryder Trauma Center, where a doctor also pronounced her dead, police said.
