SAN FRANCISCO (CBS SF) – A police source told KPIX on Wednesday night that two of the women seen in a video of a confrontation during an Uber trip to San Francisco that went viral are now wanted for assault the robbers.
The Uber driver said the women called him racially insulted, grabbed his phone and ripped off his mask. San Francisco police also said one of the women sprayed what was believed to be pepper spray into the vehicle and into the driver after getting out of the car.

The law enforcement source identified the two suspects as the king of Malaysia – the woman seen in the video sitting behind the red front passenger seat – and Arna Kimiai, the woman seen sitting behind the driver who at a certain point it is seen in the clip taking that of the driver. phone.

The driver said he picked up the women Sunday afternoon around 12:45 p.m. on San Bruno Avenue and Silver Avenue. Things warmed up after he told one of the passengers he needed to wear a mask.
KPIX 5 first reported on the story Monday night. The video was filmed on Sunday by the driver, identified as 32-year-old Subhakar Khadka. In it, three women are seen in the back seat denouncing the driver using blasphemies. At one point, the woman who now identified herself as Arna Kimiai, who coughed at the driver, also ripped off the mask she was wearing.

The driver said he had gone ahead to tell the women to wear face masks and hears the driver telling the women to get out of their car. The video begins with a woman telling the driver, “F, the masks!” and then you cough repeatedly.
Khadka told KPIX that it was the woman who looked dressed in red now identified as King who sprayed some kind of pepper on her car after she left.
The video of the women abusing the Uber driver and the story surrounding the confrontation has gone viral. Both Uber and Lyft have banned the user in the incident.

Passenger Kimiai also posted a video from her perspective behind Khadka where she states that she tried to get her and her friends out of their car while they were on the highway.
Kimiai’s Instagram account, @keepinupwforeign, posted a series of videos on Sunday that appeared to precede the incident, but the account has become private.
It appears that Kimiai also posted a video on social media in which he expressed some regret for his actions, but continues to denounce and blame the driver for having finished the trip and demanding his group to leave his vehicle.
In this video, Kimiai threatens to sue Uber and ends up saying the video saying, “That’s why I’m taking Lyft.”
