CLEVELAND – The first week of boxing related to Tyron Woodley’s career is officially underway with Wednesday’s open practice.
Woodley, a former UFC welterweight champion, will venture into the boxing ring for the first time on Sunday when he meets former Disney actor and youtuber Jake Paul in a Showtime pay show at Rocket Mortgage Fieldhouse of Cleveland.
While Woodley has spent his training camp working with Floyd Mayweather and a few other high-profile names in the boxing industry, he has kept his form largely within reach of the public.
But he finally put himself in front of fans and the media and showed a portion of what he will bring to the table in his boxing debut.
