The UFC begins its 2021 campaign with the UFC on ABC 1 on Saturday, marking the return of the promotion to network television.
The card header on ABC, which follows in the footsteps of ESPN +, is a featherweight showdown between longtime champion Max Holloway (21-6 MMA, 17-6 UFC), who seems to be getting a two-fight losing skate, and hot Calvin Kattar (22-4 MMA, 6-2 UFC).

Joaquin Buckley Vs. Alessio Di Chirico
Joaquin Buckley (12-3 MMA, 2-1 UFC) has secured nine stoppage time wins.
Buckley is one of four fighters in UFC history who won a knockout knockout, which made him in the UFC on ESPN + 37. Renan Barao, Uriah Hall and Magomed Mustafaev also won the gesta.
Alesio Di Chirico’s three-fight losing streak (12-5 MMA, 3-5 UFC) is the longest of his career. He has not won a win since July 2018.
Phil Hawes v. Nassourdine Imavov
Phil Hawes (9-2 MMA, 1-0 UFC) has earned the nine wins of his career by stoppage time.
Hawes ’18-second playoff in UFC 254 marked the second-fastest debut for an average weight in UFC history behind Mark Weir’s 10-second win in UFC 38.
Omari Akhmedov v. Tom Breese
Omari Akhmedov (20-5-1 MMA, 8-4-1 UFC) is 3-1-1 since returning to the UFC middleweight division in December 2017. He is 4-1-1 in the weight class usually under the UFC flag.
Tom Breese (12-2 MMA, 5-2 UFC) is 2-1 since moving to the UFC middleweight division in May 2018.
Breese has scored 11 of his 12 professional wins by stoppage time. His four UFC finishes are by playoffs.
Sarah Moras v. Vanessa Melo
Vanessa Melo’s long three-fight defeat (10-8 MMA, 0-3 UFC) is the longest of her career. He has not won a win since January 2019.
Melo has suffered seven of his eight professional defeats by decision. This includes all three UFC losses.
