The National Superintendency of Customs and Tax Administration (SUNAT) appointed the interim administrators of the University Sports and Sport Boys clubs. This Wednesday it became known through an official note that Jean Ferrari Chiabra and Yuli Herrera Llamocca will be in charge of creams and rosés, respectively.
Immediately, the entity has informed the steps to follow for the new administrators of the ‘O’ and the ‘Missile’. “In this way, the appointees are able to register their registrations as administrators of these football clubs before the public registers and start their management at the helm of the two sports institutions”.
For this selection process, carried out by the Debt Recovery Processes Division of the SUNAT Control and Debt Recovery Management, 18 natural and legal persons interested in the administration of the University Sports Club were registered. and 14 for the Sport Boys Association club.
One of the main criteria that was taken into account was that the applicants had not previously held this position in a football club.

Their qualification in the risk centers was also assessed, not being in the register of food delinquent debtors, nor maintaining a debt due to SUNAT; as well as having the suitability for this was analyzed its background, that of its staff and links with third parties, among others.
It is worth noting that Law No. 31279, passed by insistence during the last Congress, temporarily suspended the insolvency proceedings of professional football clubs submitted under a special or ordinary process.
The aforementioned law also suspended the convening, implementation and execution of agreements of the boards of creditors of the insolvent clubs, as well as the exercise and powers of the insolvency administrations that are currently designated. It also prohibited the disposal of tangible and intangible assets of insolvent clubs.
