SAN FRANCISCO – Trea Turner and Corey Seager homered, Mexican Julio Uries won his seventh straight game and the Los Angeles Dodgers tied with San Francisco in first place in the Western Division of the National League after beating 6- 1 Saturday at the Giants.
Buster Posey went 4-3 with a double tug for St. Francis, who lost their fifth game of seven.
The Dodgers have won 2 of their last 26 games.
Turner’s 21st homer passed just wide of the left field fence and eluded Austin Slater’s glove, which he jumped to try to catch the ball.
Uries (16-3) extended his lead as the pitcher with the most wins in the majors on another good night. The left struck out at eight, gave no tickets and admitted a run of eight hits in 5 innings and two-thirds.
Jay Jackson (2-1) came out as an opener and charged with defeat. He admitted three runs in a third inning, in a game in which the Giants used eight pitchers.
