Appointments for COVID-19 first-dose vaccines are available for Alameda County residents 16 years of age or older and for those working in the county in areas considered at higher risk of exposure.
Eligible work sectors are janitors, including house cleaners, from any industry; public transportation workers, including airport and commercial airlines; emergency service workers; food and agriculture workers, including restaurants, groceries, convenience stores; and workers in education and child care.
Eligible individuals can sign up for an appointment at the Berkeley Public Health Mass Vaccination Site at 1 Buchanan St. in Albany. Once an appointment is scheduled, an email will be sent confirming the date and time. Appointments will be verified with on-site identification. Enrollees will not be asked about immigration status. Healing staff will help you schedule an appointment for a second dose in the post-vaccination post-vaccination retention area.
