Etna (Sicily, Italy): After just over 2 days since Sunday’s paroxysm, the ninth episode of this type of vigorous lava source from the volcano’s New SE crater has occurred this afternoon. It was notable for its long duration.
Towards noon, the first signs of reactivation of the New SE crater in the form of small intermittent strombolian-type explosions could be noticed. From 13:24 local time, volcanic tremor began to rise sharply, a typical sign of the imminent appearance of a new paroxysm (lava source episode).

… March 2:
So far, the volcano has remained mostly calm for 48 hours since the last lava spring episode.
Intermittent strombolian explosions continue with gentle ash emissions from the Voragine crater, while the New SE crater emits steam and dilutes the ash plumes. At night, a bright spot was seen at the eastern end of the eruptive fissure, but there were no explosions.
Volcanic quake levels are at low levels, which can change quickly.

Ebeko (Paramushir Island): (2 Mar.) Volcanic Ash Advisory Center Tokyo (VAAC) issued the following report: ERUPTION A 20210301 / 2332Z FL070 EXTD IS REPORTED OBS VA DTG: 01 / 2330Z

Sinabung (Sumatra, Indonesia): A large collapse of the active lava dome has generated a massive pyroclastic flow this morning, which has traveled about 5 km and has generated a huge cloud of ash that has also risen about 5 km above the volcano.
During January and March 1, 2021, the volcano observatory had recorded 37 explosive eruptions, which resulted in columns of ash reaching up to 1000 m from the top of the volcano. Pyroclastic flows from small to medium (avalanches of hot material caused by collapses on the unstable flanks of the dome) had been reaching distances of 1500-2500 meters from the summit to the east, southeast, and south.
