Rev. Raphael Warnock, who is in a close race in a Jan. 6 election to the Georgia Senate on Jan. 6, said Thursday that he will “stay focused on the people of Georgia” after a video of the accusations of his ex-wife posing on his foot.

Video footage captured with a police body camera in March showed Warnock and his ex-wife after she claimed she ran over his foot during a verbal discussion, a local CBS affiliate reported46.
“He won’t move and keep the door … I think it’s clear and I barely moved and he suddenly yells that I passed him over his foot. I don’t think so,” Warnock said in the video.
“This man is running for the U.S. Senate and all he cares about right now is his reputation,” former Warnock video Ouleye Ndoye says in the video.
Warnock and his ex-wife were handling a divorce process at the time of the incident.
The Atlanta police department reported that forensic doctors asked the woman to reveal her foot to check for injuries. Investigators said he initially hesitated to show his foot, but when examiners found no sign, his foot was run over.

Warnock runs against Senator Kelly Loeffler (R-Ga.),
Loeffler’s campaign sent a press release to CBS46 about the video and the dam asked for comments.
“Domestic abuse is a serious problem to which Georgians deserve answers about what exactly happened. Unfortunately, it follows a pattern from what we have seen that Raphael Warnock has not answered the difficult questions of this campaign, ”Loeffler said.
