Federal Reserve Chairman Jerome Powell is taking part in a virtual debate on the global economy presented by the International Monetary Fund.

Powell will be joined by IMF Director-General Kristalina Georgieva, Finance Minister Paschal Donohoe and Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala, Director-General of the World Trade Organization.

The event will be moderated by CNBC’s Sara Eisen.

Powell and his Fed colleagues have been largely optimistic about the economy to the end, though he has expressed concern about the uneven nature of the economic recovery.
