We get even colder air

ORLANDO, Fla. – We started cold Tuesday in central Florida, but Wednesday will be even colder.

There is a wind chill warning in most of central Florida, and a freeze warning is in effect Wednesday in parts of the northern part of the region.

Many areas had Tuesday morning in the 1940s, but it looks like the 1930s. The wind will continue to blow throughout the day, resulting in a very cold afternoon.

Orlando will warm up at 56 for the maximum afternoon. The average maximum in Orlando on this date is 72. The average minimum is 50. The maximum record is 87, set in 1985.

Night lows will be in the 1930s.

Wednesday’s high will be in the high 50s.

The highs will culminate around 68 on Thursday and in the mid-70s on Friday and Saturday.

The chances of rain do not return on the weekend, with 30%.
