William allegedly cuts ties with the journalist over Harry’s breakup

Prince William has fallen out with a longtime journalist friend after he sided with Prince Harry amid the much-publicized brother-in-law split, royal sources said.

It is believed that the heir to the throne was cut by the British Tom Bradby, who hosts ITV’s “News At Ten” as he is getting closer to Harry and his wife Meghan Markle.

Bradby spoke to the Sussex during his tour of southern Africa in 2019, where Harry first admitted an abandonment with his brother and Markle revealed the misfortune he had in his real life.

“William can’t trust Tom,” a source told Page Six. “Tom has tried to be friends with both Harry and William, but in my opinion I don’t think Tom is an honest runner.

“Brothers don’t need anyone in the middle (not knowing if they can trust them) when they can talk directly.”

Both William and Harry became friends with Bradby when he worked as a royal ITV correspondent.

Bradby even received his first interview with William and Kate Middleton after their engagement in November 2010.

His wife Claudia worked with Kate, now the Duchess of Cambridge, on the British fashion brand Jigsaw.

Kate worked there briefly as an accessory buyer assistant before her engagement.

However, a palace source told the Daily Mail on Wednesday: “William is a sensitive soul and believes it is in times of crisis when he finds out who his true friends are.

“It would be fair to say that Bradby has not been one of them.”

The source claimed that some Palace officials are “even more angry” at Bradby’s alleged “pro-Harry and Meghan” of his dramatic departure from the royal family.

Bradby is also believed to have worked to get the UK rights over the Oprah Winfrey interview, although rival BBC refused to air the interview.

“It is known that Bradby communicates personally with Harry on a regular basis and this is quite evident for royal assistants who know how things work,” the source added.

Bradby’s representatives did not respond to calls for comment. ITCV rejected a request and a Sussex representative was not available for comment.
