Witcher 3: Wild Hunt gets a quiet release, but with a significant difference

The Witcher 3 Wild Hunt© CD Projekt Red

It was quite a surprise when CD Projekt Red first announced The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt Full Edition would arrive at Switch in 2019. Including the two expansions, Stone hearts i Blood and wine, we were surprised that everything fit into a playing card. Although if you were looking for just the base game, this option was not available before. Bye now.

Launched without seemingly fanfare, you can now buy it Witcher 3: Wild Hunt for only £ 29.99 from Switch eShop. Players who already own the full edition can redeem it for free, a move we suspect is designed to prevent people from accidentally buying it twice.

If you later decide you want the individual DLC, they are also available separately. Hearts of Stone will cost you GBP 8.99, while Blood and Wine, GBP 17.99. In total, it is more expensive than the full edition at £ 56.97, but this method at least allows you to distribute the cost.
